BleuLex Law's informational pages (practice areas, guides, FAQs) are written and reviewed by the yet.lu legal editorial team, the publisher of this site. Every page carries a visible byline ("Written and reviewed by the yet.lu legal editorial team") and a last-updated date. We do not publish auto-generated content that has been left without human review.

How we produce our content

Our goal is to explain French business law clearly to readers who are usually neither lawyers nor native French speakers. Every page follows the same standard:

  • Official sources first: the figures, thresholds, deadlines and references we cite come from French public sources — in particular the INPI one-stop shop and the Trade and Companies Register (RCS), INSEE (SIREN/SIRET numbers), the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the ACPR, the French Commercial Code and Tax Code (CGI), as well as service-public.fr and the relevant government bodies.
  • No invented figures: we never create a rate, threshold, deadline or legal reference. When a data point cannot be verified against a reliable source, it is not published.
  • Deliberately general in scope: our content describes the applicable framework, not your specific situation. It is informational and does not constitute legal advice.
  • Reviewed translations: the site is published in several languages. Translated versions are reviewed to preserve legal accuracy, not produced by raw machine translation left as is.

How we verify and update

  • Dating: every page shows a last-reviewed date and a note on the currency of any figures, which change with finance acts and regulation.
  • Review when the law changes: when a reform alters a regime we describe (for example the shift from the national PSAN status to the EU-wide MiCA authorisation for crypto-assets), the affected page is updated and its review date is refreshed.
  • Correcting errors: if you spot an inaccuracy, write to legal@yet.lu. We check and fix confirmed errors.

What BleuLex Law is — and is not

BleuLex Law is a lawyer-referral platform (a lead-generation marketplace), not a law firm. We provide no legal services and employ no lawyers. Our role is limited to connecting people who contact us with independent lawyers (avocats) registered with the French Bar, each practising under their own professional responsibility.

When you send us a request through a form on this site, it is forwarded to contact@global-lexlaw.com and then routed to a partner lawyer based on their area of specialisation. The introduction is free and without obligation. No lawyer pays BleuLex Law for a better ranking. Any legal advice you then receive is provided solely by the lawyer you choose.
